In February 2024 a silver rose bowl that had been presented to Vernon Henry St.John on his coming of age on 15th March 1917 returned to Deacons Jewellers of Swindon for cleaning. The work was undertaken by Technician Lyle Bowles,

The rose bowl was originally purchased from Deacons by Lord Bolingbroke's tenants for the then princely sum of £73.
