'INVENTORY AND VALUATION of Hay, Straw, Tillage, Fixtures, Claims for Unexhausted Value of Feeding Stuffs, on the Windmill Leaze, or Park Farm, Lydiard Tregoze, Wiltshire from Mr Frank H Allen to Mr William J Rumming, 24th March 1914'.

The inventory provides a fascinating record of the contents of the farm house and the farm itself when it was taken over by the Rumming family.

The value of the property is set at five hundred pounds, sixteen shillings and five pence. It includes no mention of livestock. Presumably Mr Allen sold his animals separately.
