'Inventory and Valuation of live and dead farming stock, hay, straw, acts of husbandry, cultivations etc at Windmill Leaze Farm, Lydiard Tregoze, Wiltshire, made from the executors of the late Mr W. J. Rumming to Mr Francis William Rumming. March 31st 1916.'

Just two years after William Rumming took over the tenancy of Windmill Leaze Farm he died and the tenancy passed to his son Francis Rumming.

The valuation on the farm was set at one thousand eight hundred and fourteen pounds, three shillings and eleven pence.
