Inscribed 'Lydiard Tregoze, Wiltshire, The Seat of Lord Bolingbroke', the pencil drawing shows the House from the southeast by Frederick Nash, August 6th & 7th, 1801.

Frederick Nash was an architectural draughtsman, watercolourist, and publisher. He collaborated with the antiquary John Britton between 1801 and 1809.
