The first of these photographs shows Diana Rudler holding her daughter Elizabeth in the grounds of Lydiard Park in the Spring of 1959. Lydiard Park was a favourite haunt and the family often visited with the children.

Diana ne Stoker originally came from Swindon. She and her husband Frank met at the building firm E H Bradley and Sons where he was a trainee accountant. Their first marital home was Will Gaze Cottage which Frank had built in Hook. They are

pictured with their family in the garden.

In the first group photograph shows Diana and Frank with their three children -Elizabeth (standing), Adrian (seated) and Edmund (on a tricycle). In the second group photograph they are joined by Frank's parents, Alfred and Dorothy Rudler.
