The brass memorial plaque commemorates George Richard St.John, 3rd Viscount Bolingbroke who died aged 63 years on 11th December 1824 and his second wife Isabella Antoinette, who outlived him by forty four years. The plaque was created following Isabella's death aged 76 years on July 12th 1848 and records her pedigree being ' Daughter of Baron Hompesh of Bolheim in the Palatinate'.
